Dan Tilkin

Dan Tilkin is a member of the 2 On Your Side Investigative Reporting Unit.

Dan has been uncovering, investigating and gathering news for KATU since 1997 and was the station's Southwest Washington Bureau Chief for more than seven years.

Dan began his broadcast career in 1993 in Yakima, before moving on to Eureka, California that same year.

In 1994, Dan moved to KSBY in San Luis Obispo/Santa Barbara, before coming to Portland in 1997.

Dan graduated from the University of Washington, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Journalism.
