The parade (held Saturday, April 30 along Southeast 82nd Avenue starting at Eastport Plaza and heading north) marked the first appearance of the 2011 Rose Festival Court.  City Commissioner Dan Saltzman served as the Grand Marshal and Mayor Sam Adams was there as well.
