Street blocked off at 92nd Avenue

I was out covering a story today on standing water in Portland, and saw this patch on Southeast 92nd Avene between Division and Powell Boulevard. Police had the area blocked off to traffic, so you'll want to take an alternate route if you're heading through this part of town.

Every year like clock work and it has gotten worse after the city let the two apartments go in on both sides of 92 right at that puddle in the photo.

It doesnt have the name of "Lake 92nd" for nothing.  Thats what we have called it for years ....
