Movie filming underway on Clinton Street
Director Gus Van Sant is shooting scenes for his newest movie - and he's filming through today in Southeast Portland.
His film crew started blocking off streets and setting up equipment yesterday at Southeast 33rd Place and Clinton Street. Clinton Street is expected to stay closed between 33rd and 34th until midnight.
A little back story: The movie was originally going to be called "Restless," but insiders say that title has since been scratched.
